Not really. Chicago is a corrupt city, and President Obama brought over to DC Chicago's way of coping with it. Everybody has his finger in the pie, and when people get caught at it, the politicians circle the wagons to defend their own, and they turn over one, and only one, person to take the fall for it. Hunter Biden is taking the fall for Biden family corruption, and the Bidens will literally fight to the death to keep everybody else out of it. The Deep State can be expected to be the muscle in defending the Bidens. Joe Biden, in meeting with his son a few days ago, probably explained to him that this is the way it's got to be. Joe will make it up to Hunter in the future.
